History

We are an Italian ceramic company that researches, designs and manufactures porcelain stoneware floor and wall tiles in Italy.

Since our beginnings in 1995 as part of the historic Gruppo Concorde, we soon became protagonists in the ceramics sector.

Our production currently exceeds five million square meters per year and reaches eighty countries. We believe in technological and process innovation, without giving up the meticulousness of artisanal elaboration. We pay attention to the health and safety of our employees, the environment and sustainability being basic aspects of our work since always.

Porcelain stoneware

While everything changes, porcelain stoneware floors and flooring remain the visible foundation of any space.

By mineralogical composition and production process, our products are not affected by alterations and aggressions (such as blows, abrasions, fire, frost, humidity, weight and climate) and preserve the color and appearance of the first day over time.
Our ceramic does not emit organic substances, does not cause allergies and can be easily cleaned. Its quality and attractiveness are the result of investments in technology and an important commitment to the development of products with high aesthetic content.

With our work, which we develop entirely in the ceramics district of Italy, every day we renew the old prestige of the Made in Italy heritage.

Our desire is to offer original collections, with careful details both in the design phase and during production. Ideas are born from the passion for our work and our incentive is the desire to offer quality and beauty to those who choose our products.

Greenthinking

Ceramiche Keope has always been concerned with the defense of the environment, a value attested by the exclusive “GREENTHINKING” project, created in 2008, to meet the sustainable development objectives necessary to reduce the environmental impact.

In 2007 it was the first ceramic company in the world and the first company at all in Europe to receive the prestigious UNI ISO 14064 certification (transposition of the Kyoto Protocol). Ceramiche Keope is one of the companies most attentive to the ecological qualities of the ceramic industry. With its modern production technologies, in 2004 it was the first ceramic company that voluntarily carried out the verification and reduction of its CO2 emissions and greenhouse gases (Kyoto Protocol).

In September 2009, it was associated with the Green Building Council Usa (USGBC), an institution that aims to introduce the LEED independent certification system - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - whose parameters establish precise criteria for the design and construction of healthy, energy efficient buildings and of reduced environmental impact.

Ceramiche Keope has always emphasized the highest quality of production while fully respecting the environment, and with the Greenthinking logo it wants to offer its customers an added value, communicating their commitment and giving them the possibility to make conscious choices of products compatible with the environment environment, in accordance with the strict standards established by the European Community.
